Treat yourself to our range of sweet sourdough pastries that has been preparing on site for 48 hours. The pastry has been folded 81 times to creates luscious pastry layers that melts in your mouth.
Our Escargot is our only one that uses vanilla custard rather than our famous frangipane mix. The vanilla custard is spread with a blend of cinnamon sugar, sultanas, currants, and dates onto our pastry, rolled and baked fresh daily. Glazed with egg wash and icing sugar delicately woven on top to finish off this unique sweet pastry.
