Description
One of our own blend of White, Rye and Wholemeal flours together creating what we call the Country Loaf, an intricate flavour unique to Sufi Bakery. By blending all three types of flours, the flavours explore the earthly tones of the Rye, the nutritional value of the whole wheat from the wholemeal, and the simplicity of the White. We use our signature sourdough culture which gives its added health benefits and flavours. A true country loaf for our country town.
