Our beautiful Apricot Danishes are definitely a favourite at the bakery. Our sourdough pastry is filled with custard and apricot, folded and garnished with icing balances the flavours of this danish.  The sourdough pastry has 81 layers, folded and folded again creating wonderful flaky layers that melt in your mouth.
